ABOUT US
The Holiday Harbour Bay brand is a family-owned business that started off 25 years ago as a vision in with a humble little shop in Knysna called The Beach House. Then came our much loved flagship store in Plettenberg Bay, which we called Harbour Bay, and most recently we (have) opened a third store in Ballito called Holiday.
Holiday Resortwear is our online platform, which hosts a select collection of our clothing, resortwear & accessories. Inspired by coastal living in South Africa, Greece, Italy & Mauritius, our pieces are colourful & vibrant, and just perfect for your holiday. We especially love our pieces with hand embroidery, tassels, unique prints & pom poms!
We are now thrilled to showcase our online collection for all to enjoy!

PRODUCTÂ AVAILABILITY
Lead-time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received.
Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Holiday Resortwear will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
ORDER PROCESSING
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment is reflected in our account.
Delivery will take 1-2 days depending on when the order is received. We endeavor to send the order out as soon as possible!
REFUNDS/RETURN POLICY
Should you for any reason wish to return any item(s) purchased from Holiday Resortwear Online, you will be permitted to exchange the goods for any other products of the same value, or request a gift voucher to the value of the product(s) purchased. You may return the goods to Holiday Resortwear at your own cost. Please send us an email at holidayresortwear@gmail.com with your exchange request, and send your item to:

The goods for exchange can only be returned to us in the original packaging within 14 calendar days of the date of sale.
The goods bought online cannot be exchanged for any items that are stocked in the retail stores in Plett, Knysna & Ballito. They can only be exchanged for items on the online store.
In the case of a defective product, a refund may apply. You will need to notify Holiday Resortwear Online. The goods need to be returned in their original packaging within 14 days from purchase. The refund will be assessed by Holiday Resortwear.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donât guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
PAYMENTÂ OPTIONS & PRICING
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Prices do not include courier charges/fees.
CREDIT CARD
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilize one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order. All of your order details will be saved online under in the My Account section available for use whenever youâre ready.
EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
This is one of the most widely used and preferred means of making payment online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to âCheckoutâ and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via Instant EFT on I-PAY or Payfast. (You can also do this yourself using our banking details.)
DIRECT DEPOSIT
You may pay for your products through a direct deposit. Itâs exactly the same as doing an EFT payment, except youâll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there. Please scan and email your deposit slip to us at holidayresortwear@gmail.com (hello@breazies.com) to ensure your payment is confirmed and order shipped as quickly as possible.
