Refund policy

Should you for any reason wish to return any item(s) purchased from Holiday Boutique Online, you will be allowed to exchange the goods for any other products of the same value, or get a refund. Send us an email at holidayharbourbay@gmail.com with your exchange/return request. 

The goods must be returned to us in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at his point. You will have to cover the shipping costs for any returns yourself. If you are unable to send the refunded items back, we are happy to collect it for you and then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
