Refund policy
For in-store purchases:
Should you, for any reason, wish to return any item(s) purchased from Holiday, we will gladly allow you to exchange the goods for other items or we can issue you store credit. Send us an email at holidayharbourbay@gmail.com with your exchange/return request. Please note, any shipping/courier costs will be at your own cost.
The goods must be returned to us in the original packaging and with the tags within 14 calendar days. We regret no refunds.
For online orders:

Please note, any shipping/courier costs will be at your own cost. The goods must be returned to us in the original packaging and with the tags within 14 calendar days. Regrettably, we do not offer free returns at this point. You will need to cover the shipping costs for any returns.
